General Motors North America Global Leadership Conference Close (2008)

Created for the GM Global Leadership Conference, this video was designed to answer a few common questions with a lot of impact.  It was projected on a 3.33:1 ratio super-wide high definition screen.

It was an “Oh, by the way” video, added to a long list of other videos at the very end of a hectic production schedule.  We called all hands on deck and put this one together in just a few days.

There are extreme differences in pacing: stream-of-consciousness quick and glacially slow mixed together so you never know what to expect next.  And the percussion-only score is avant garde for a corporate meeting.

It’s one of our favorites.

The monumental icons treatment near the end is a conceptual re-use from a 2004 video we created for Subaru.
